100 Push Jerk (185/135)

90 GHD Sit Up

80 Ring Dip

70 Kettle Bell Swing (70/53)

60 Front Squat (185/135)

50 Bar Facing Burpee

40 Rope Climb 15 ft

*Divide the reps between the 2 people in any manner, however each task must be completed prior to moving on to the next.  Pull the barbell from the floor for the push jerks and front squats.
